Awareness is the first step to being in a position to change almost anything we choose to.
We go through life each and every day on automatic living out the automatic patterns of which have been put there many many years ago.
What is we just STOP and really look at what we are doing and why we are doing it.
An exercise I offer to you today which is something I do daily and also diarise it as its not uncommon you forget to look at what you do automatically.
Write down any thought that pops into your mind, no matter how random or fleeting.
Note the action or reaction that follows that thought. Does it prompt you to do something, or does it change how you feel?
At the end of the day or you can review them weekly – Are there any recurring themes, beliefs, or emotional triggers that stand out?
